At Bawa Automobiles, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide genuine, high-quality automotive accessories and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item received is damaged during transit.

  • The item received is defective or non-functional.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product received does not match the order placed.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • Not show signs of installation, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or usage.

  • Products showing signs of wear, modification, or misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Special order or customized products.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.

  • Consumable products that have been opened or used.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order details.

  3. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  4. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Submit supporting photos if required.

  4. Wait for return authorization from our team.

  5. Ship the product as instructed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be subject to the return process outlined above.


Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect product delivery

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping may be covered by Bawa Automobiles.

  • For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Limitation of Liability

Bawa Automobiles is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during installation by third parties.

  • Product misuse or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Compatibility issues arising from incorrect product selection by the customer.
