Return Policy

At Bawa Automobile, customer satisfaction is important to us. As an authorized distributor of GPNE automotive lighting products, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed products.
• Electrical products damaged due to incorrect installation.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective).

Approved returns should be shipped to our address. Return shipping charges may be applicable unless the error is on our side.
