Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued when:

  • The returned product passes inspection.
  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • An order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • Inspection: 2–5 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5–10 business days

Bank processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable if:

  • Packaging or accessories are missing.
  • Product is returned in damaged condition not caused during shipping.
  • Returned product shows signs of use.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges (unless due to our mistake)
