Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued when:
- The returned product passes inspection.
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
- An order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time:
- Inspection: 2–5 business days
- Refund Processing: 5–10 business days
Bank processing times may vary.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable if:
- Packaging or accessories are missing.
- Product is returned in damaged condition not caused during shipping.
- Returned product shows signs of use.
Non-Refundable Charges
